The Founder
The year 2017 is when I decided to go vegan. However, upon doing so I had to learn how to grocery shop in a totally new way. I no longer needed to make sure meat ot dairy products were in my bag. Instead of shopping for mainly pleasure, I had to shop for nutrition. The harder it became to find my favorite vegan products the more frustrated I became. I thought, "Why can't I just make one trip, to one store and find all of my vegan products. That's when the idea of Everything Vegan was born.
How it all Began...
It was a chill morning in New York City. I got off the train and I was STARVING.
THE THOUGHT
I Needed Breakfast ASAP...
but I had to choose... Breakfast or getting to work on time? I looked around and saw dozens of choices for meat eater and dairy consumers, but NOT one staple place for Vegans. My options were limited. What was I to do? Best case scenario: a hash brown and small coffee with almond milk. It was the cheapest breakfast for a Vegan. I thought, “What if Vegans had a coffeeshop just for them. A place where they can pr-order using their smartphone and pick it up without standing in line. A place where they can get healthy breakfast options. A place where coffee is not the only wake-up drink....
